Glioblastoma Awareness Day July 19th

Glioblastoma Awareness Day, July 19th: #GBMday

My dear son,

It has been over four long years, and I miss you more with each passing day. I miss your smile, your smell, your hugs that only a momma gets. I miss watching you (D-Rex) make your music; the outrageous energy that radiated from you after you finished a song and blasted it until the pictures in the room vibrated until they fell to the floor. I miss watching you and your sister just being together, talking and laughing. I miss all of you.

Here is a two-minute video to see the beautiful person that glioblastoma (GBM) snatched from our family https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OwMJh7jh4js

GBM is the most common, least treatment resistant and deadliest malignant brain tumor. Over 700,000 Americans in the USA are living with a primary brain tumor, 94,000 Americans are diagnosed with a primary brain tumor each year, including more than 5,000 children. Approximately 19,000 people will die from a malignant brain tumor in 2023, roughly 10,000 of them will be from GBM. This is unconscionable.

Please support us in the fight to cure brain cancer by joining our D-Rex Defenders Team. Thank you! http://dccc.convio.net/goto/DRexDefenders

All my love son,

Mom
