About the event

I am thrilled to have my official book launch on Saturday, January 22nd from 12:00pm—2:00pm at Ragazzi’s Italian Restaurant in Garner, (thank you Ty Gilman)! There is outdoor seating (weather permitting) and we have a nice space indoors if needed at the back of the restaurant too. You’ll want to come hungry so you can order some delicious food and drink off their menu.  I will do a reading around 12:45.

Please RSVP to DRexDefenders@gmail.com by February 28th so we have a head count and can prepare for the space needed. For those who are not able to attend in person, you can participate virtually by going to D-Rex Defenders Facebook page and there will be a live stream starting at 12:30 p.m.

I hope is this book continues to raise awareness and a call to action for additional and long overdue funding for brain cancer research and treatments that give people hope and a quality of life. There is no early detection, no prevention, little to no treatment options and no cure for brain cancer. This must change. I also hope the book helps all the grieving hearts out there who lost loved ones so near and dear to them.

If you have not purchased a book yet from Amazon, I will have books on hand that you can purchase. They will be $20.00, and you can pay by cash, check, Zelle or Venmo.

Thank you all for the love and support you have given to our family as we continue to navigate our grief journey. We hope to see you on the 22nd!

Hugs to all,

Holly
